A 80 year old man was not trusting any banks for his money. He saved $13,000 and sewn inside the lining of one of his suit. He accidentally donated the said suit to Goodwill. Now, he is appealing for the return of the said suit because his wife is terminally ill have a stage 4 cancer. The spokeswoman of Goodwill says that they are doing their best to help and traced the said suit because it was the old man’s life saving.
The employees of Goodwill were searching through bins of donated clothes transported from the Moline facility to a warehouse in Iowa city. This is a sad story. He might had a bad experience at his bank for him not to keep his money. For me, bank is the safest place to keep our money. I hope that whoever got/bought his suit would have the heart of returning to Goodwill and not keeping it.
