I am one lucky mom as our daughter can eats anything she wants. I knew how hard it is to have a child with allergies. It is very hard because you want your child to eat what other children are eating but she or he cannot because it can harm her. I feel sorry to kids who have the allergies specially living here in the USA. Foods are mainly based in dairies. Here are the 8 most common food that commonly source of allergies.

Taking a break from the routines and schedules is much of a need. Although going to work or closing business deals would be very necessary to cope with our needs, having to beat deadlines and exert so much effort along the way would eventually bag us down. Sure, going on a vacation would not put money into our bank accounts but it does give us the relaxation that we so need and deserve.
