My brother went to a non formal training to learn basic computer for a month. It was free so why not grabbed the opportunity. Many of the neighborhood attended the said training. We had a desktop computer but the typhoon that hit our area and took many lives had damages most of our appliances and the desktop computer was one of them. My brother’s wife is deployed in Japan, and communication is very important for them. Before the desktop computer was damaged they chat online aside of calling on the telephone. My youngest sister would do some research on the computer and everything.

When my brother heard about an auction that will be hold in our area he wants to go and bid for a laptop computer. It was expensive and the fact that the computers in the said auctions are pre-owned it is risky. To buy a new one will be the good option because it comes with warranty and all the parts are new. Still he tried his luck with his 10,000 pesos budget and luckily he did not win it. My brother is a typical individual like majority of the people want to get what they want right there and then. And, that is my brother. He was pissed off because he was been outbid.
