Yesterday was Sunday, a family day for most of us. We did not do anything except staying in the house for most of the day. The weather was not really nice though to be out. My husband was watching television while watching our 15 months old, too. Our five years old was was reading books.
I was on the computer but still in the living room. I was using my laptop. It has been awhile that I neglected my laptop and was not been used for the reasoned that it was slow. I wonder why, since it was only a year old. But, I have no choice yesterday but to turned on the laptop because it is the only computer where I have the accessed for Microsoft Word.
As I was busy doing my computer thing, here comes my little girl. She whispered if she could play games on my laptop. I told her that my laptop is very slow and is not the right computer to play her online games. I directed her to used the desktop instead. I never thought and imagined that my five year old would knew something like PC Matic computer service. From the very moment that I said “my computer is slow” she abruptly referred me to PC Matic. I heard and saw about it on television. I was amazed! I asked her what is PC Matic can do to my computer? She replied, it will make your computer go fast because it will clean your computer and no more freezing. LOL!
Hubby heard her, we laughed and again, asked her where we can get the PC Matic, is it free or do we have to buy it? The “smart girl replied, you have it on your computer, it’s FREE!” She really is paying attention to what she saw on television. Indeed, I have the PC Matic installed on my laptop, it was already installed when we bought my computer but I never used it.
Every time, my kindergartner come home from school, I checked her backpack and looked for her Blue folder. In the Blue folder, it holds everything important. One side of the folder are the activities that they did that day and on the other side of the folder are the papers, reminders from their teacher, important matters that needs to be sign by parents and needs to be returned to school. Anyway, one afternoon, she came home from school. That week it was all about St. Patricks Day celebration. I saw this pot of gold activity that says “WHO IS WORTH MORE TO YOU THAN GOLD? ” as I read the message written, it really melted my heart. I thought, it might be mommy or daddy but nope, it was her baby brother who is worth more than gold to her! So sweet, isn’t it? Message below:
“Calvin is worth more than gold because he shares with me.”
That was so cute to knew how much our big girl loves her baby brother and how much her baby brother worth to her. She’s liked those typical big sisters that treated their baby siblings roughly sometimes, but at the end of the day, she would hug and kiss and kept assuring her baby brother that her baby brother is the most cutest and handsome in the whole wide world!
